Payment policy :

  1.  No fee is applied for payment made by any card type.

  2.  All Promotional rates are inclusive of 12% tax and 10% service charges.

Check-in/out Policy :

  1.  Check in: from 14:00

  2.  Check out: no later than 12:00

  3.  Early check-in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy

  1. Late check-out is subject to room availability

  2. 14:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge

  3. After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Early arrivals and late departures:

  1. If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel

Late check-out policy :

  1. Late check-out is subject to room availability

  2. 14:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge

  3. After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Guarantee Policy :

  1.  A valid credit card will be required upon booking.

  2.  For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the hotel.

  3. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

Children Policy :

  1. Child under 2-year old: free of charge.

  2.  Child from 2-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10/person/room/night.

  3.  Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15/person/room/night.

Extra bed policy :

  1. For Deluxe Double Rooms, an extra bed for a third occupant is allowed and is chargeable from USD 20.00 per night excluding breakfast, unless stated in the specific rate plan.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy :

  1.  If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.

  2.  If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged

  3.  In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

  4.  Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

  5. The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days. A transaction fee of 3% for Visa card, Master card and 4% for American Express will be applied. Please notify us at when you receive the refunded amount.

Complaints or Comments :

  1. We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.

Island Rules :

When using public places, please follow the dress code guidelines provided by the Aa.Rasdhoo island council :

  1. Minimum dress code for males: Shorts & T-Shirts.

  2. Minimum dress code for females: T-Shirts or Blouses or Shirts with skirts, or Shorts which cover thighs. Clothes should not be transparent & if it is a piece of cloth it should be tied over the chest.

  3. Hotel is not responsible for any fines guests may have to pay in the event of not following dress code guidelines.


  1. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.


  1. Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe or in the Safe Deposit Box provided at the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay. 


  1. The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.


The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:

  1. Animals of any kind.

  2. Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials 

  3. Objects emitting a foul odor

  4. Unregistered firearms or other weapons 

  5. Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities 

  6. Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts

  7. Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Maldives 

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such item


In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11.00 p.m.


T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.


Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.


The Hotel has non-smoking rooms ONLY. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel as well as smoking rooms. There will be a $200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
